Tullamore Sports Complex Phase 1

Tullamore Sports Complex, Phase I, Bid Package 1:
Tullamore Sports Complex – Roadway and Frontage Improvements – This Phase of the project includes street improvements for approximately 1,290 LF of Cecil Road and approximately 130 LF of Prairie Avenue. This includes expanding Cecil Road, adding a curb, gutter, drainage swale, landscape and irrigation, and multi-use path along the 1,290 LF length of Cecil Road and 130 LF of Prairie Avenue, adding street lighting along Cecil, adding pavement markings and signage along Cecil Road, and installing a water and irrigation line from the existing water main running along Cecil into the project site.

Project Location: The project is located within the City of Post Falls, Idaho. The project is the future site of a sports complex located within 2 parcels owned by the City of Post Falls adjacent to two other parcels – one owned by Ross Point Water District and the other owned by Kootenai County Fire & Rescue. The project is bounded by Prairie Avenue and the two adjacent parcels on the north, Killdeer Avenue on the south, and between Charleville Road (east) and the Cecil Road extension (west).

Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held at 2:00pm local time on July 11, 2022 at the corner of Cecil Road and Killdeer Ave.
